- Talamore (Lennar): a master-planned community with single-family homes, townhomes and Andaré, a 55+ single-story section with mowing and snow removal included. Amenities include an 8,000 sq ft clubhouse, a pool and access to Tomaso Sports Park (Lennar). Andaré plans run about 1,428–1,880 sq ft, with listed prices of about $415,000–$490,000 (Trulia/Realtor.com, Oct. 2026).
- Downtown and the Town Square: older homes near local restaurants, shops and the summer farmers market. Inspect older systems closely.
- Established subdivisions: most of Huntley’s resale inventory and comparable sales, with many homes on larger lots than closer-in suburbs.
Metra and Commute
Huntley has no Metra station. Commuters typically drive to the UP-Northwest line at Crystal Lake or Pingree Road, or to the Milwaukee District West line at Big Timber Road in Elgin.
