Do you pay referral fees?
Yes. We sign a written referral agreement between our brokerages before I contact your client, and your fee is paid at closing.
How fast will you contact my client?
The same day you send the referral, once our referral agreement is signed.
How will I know how my client is doing?
I update you at every milestone: first contact, showings or listing, offer accepted, inspection and appraisal, and closing.
What areas do you cover?
